Our client is seeking a Manager to take responsibility for the work force management function, including forecasting, scheduling and real time management in an inbound and outbound environment. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years work force planning experience and at least 3 years experience in a leadership role within a contact centre. Demonstrated abilities with statistics, strong communication skills, and experience working with a leading Work Force Management software package are essential.
