Our Staff Steve Pels
Steve has worked a variety of roles in the call and contact centre industry since 1996. His roles have included call centre management positions, systems integration and design team management and management consultant. During this period he has worked with companies such as National Australia Bank, ANZ Bank, Coles Myer, MLC, Ford, AXA, TABCORP, Damovo, Ericsson, Primus Telecommunications, Australian Unity, BMW and VicRoads. His roles have included operational consulting, business needs analysis, development of contact centre strategies, tender preparation, contact centre establishment, contact centre relocation and centralisation and productivity improvements. While Steve specialises in the productivity and people aspect of contact centres, as well as business processes and workflows, he also has a strong understanding of the technology available to contact centres. Member of International Customer Service Professionals, Applied Voice Input/Output Society, and ATA. Life Member of the Customer Contact Management Association. |
Anita Bowtell
Holding an Advanced Diploma in Business, Major Marketing, Anita is an experienced business development professional, with functional specialisation in marketing, strategy, operations and customer management. Starting a career with Telstra, Anita relocated to Melbourne in 1994 to re-establish a flagging Reseller Channel before moving on to National Sales Manager managing the PlesTel account and then Partner Manager actively working with Telstra Sales Teams and third party businesses to provide total solutions to many Government Departments. Anita's work with Contact Centres began with Polaris Communications working in Australia and Internationally as a Business Development Executive, and then with Aspect Software as Channel Sales Manager, Australia and NZ. Anita is also President and Life Member of the CCMA - Customer Contact Management Association and is a founding member of APCCAL (Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders) representing the Australian Contact Centre Industry in the APAC region. In November 2010, Anita was awarded Contact Centre Industry Champion of the World by ContactCentreWorld.com for her services to the industry. |
